Product images are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography lighting and screen calibration.
Each handmade carpet is unique. Minor natural variations in weave, pile height, and colour are inherent to the hand-crafting process and are not considered defects.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. For custom orders, the agreed payment terms will apply as communicated in writing.
