All carpets are shipped directly from our facility in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
In-stock catalogue items are dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation. Custom or bespoke orders are dispatched within the timeline agreed at the time of order, typically 4–8 weeks depending on specifications.
You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We ship across India using reputed courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Safexpress for large-format carpet deliveries. The courier used will be selected based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website. If you have any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us and we will assist you.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight/size of your order. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹50,000 to most locations within India.
We deliver to most pin codes across India. For remote or difficult-to-access locations, delivery may take longer and additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you if your location requires special arrangements.
