We accept returns on standard catalogue items within 7 days of delivery, provided the carpet is in its original, unused condition — unrolled only for inspection, free of any stains, damage, or odours, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
To start a return, email us at narayancarpets@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days with return instructions.
Please do not ship the item back without receiving a confirmed return authorisation from us first.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped or item damaged in transit). We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your carpet arrives damaged or is not as described, please photograph the item and its packaging immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Custom-size and bespoke orders are made to specification and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or materially different from what was agreed in writing. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.
